3. Bookings & Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on information provided

Final pricing may change if vehicle condition differs from description

Any changes will be discussed before work proceeds

Bookings are subject to availability

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

Failure to attend without notice may result in refusal of future bookings

Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise

5. Customer-Supplied Parts (You Supply, We Fit)

For dash cams, body modifications, and other customer-supplied items:

Parts must be suitable for the vehicle

We are not responsible for faults, defects, or failures of supplied parts

Fitment is subject to inspection before work begins

If a part is unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse installation

6. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Vehicles may have existing wear, damage, or faults

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues uncovered during work

Any concerns will be communicated as soon as identified

7. Liability

All work is carried out with professional care and attention

We are not liable for:

Manufacturer defects

Failure of aftermarket parts

Electrical faults caused by existing vehicle issues

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

 

8. Dash Cam Installation

Installation is carried out safely and discreetly

Wiring is routed to avoid airbags and safety systems

Parking-mode installs require compatible hardware

We are not responsible for battery drain caused by incompatible systems

9. Number Plates

We are a DVLA-registered number plate supplier

Valid proof of entitlement and photo ID is required

Plates will only be supplied in compliance with UK regulations

We reserve the right to refuse supply if legal requirements are not met

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable

Can be redeemed against any available service

Must be presented at time of booking

No cash alternative

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

11. Payments

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking

Vehicles may not be released until payment is received
